You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Acceptable Use Policy

ShowNamer generates short text (names and taglines) for podcasts, YouTube channels and newsletters. You may not use the service to request, generate, or distribute:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content of any kind, including names, taglines or descriptions intended for pornographic, adult or sexually suggestive shows or services
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way, or that could reasonably be interpreted as doing so
• Hateful, harassing, violent or discriminatory content, including content targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality
• Content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity
• Content that impersonates a real person, brand or organization, or that infringes a third party's trademark or other intellectual property rights
• Content intended to deceive, defraud or mislead, including disinformation
• Names or taglines for products or services that are illegal in the user's jurisdiction

We may refuse, filter or block any request that appears to violate this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to do so, without refund.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Subscriptions and Credits

ShowNamer runs on a credit system. Each name generation consumes credits from your balance.

• Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance at no cost and do not require payment details.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, or as a one-time payment for the lifetime plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.

Refund Policy

Because ShowNamer delivers digital output immediately upon use, refunds are handled as follows:

• If you have not consumed any credits from a paid purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction.
• If credits have been partially consumed, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• We will refund any charge that resulted from a technical fault on our side, such as being billed without receiving the corresponding credits.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Changes to Terms
